Order Confirmation:

Your order processing time where your product of choice is assembled and built especially for you! 

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days of us processing the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

**Normally, order processing times vary from 1-3 business days, and delivery time varies between 3-10 business days if the product is in stock. However, due to increased order volume, and the impact of the global pandemic, it may take longer than usual to fulfill orders.

Order processing times for some brands can take 7-14 days. This is an industry-wide issue caused by the high demand for our products, and the strain the virus has put on the supply chain.

Pending/Confirmed Tracker:

If the tracking number reads "Pending" or "Confirmed" this means it is on route or currently in customs clearing. The courier at this time still has NOT picked up the product. The tracker will change to "in transit" when the courier actually has the product. Then "Scheduled for Delivery" status is given where an accurate time will be given for arrival.


Your product has arrived at your doorstep.


You may cancel your order as long as the product has not been built or shipped. If the product has been shipped you will be liable for paying the 10% cancellation fee and also any fees required by the suppliers for restocking. If you require an address change or alteration to your order please do so within 48 hours to make it easier. We will do our best to make any alterations subject to whether or not possible by the shipping company or the vendor directly.
